NOTE: Your package may take longer to arrive than what is described here. Once we hand the item to our shipping partners, it is out of our control. Please be mindful of this, especially during the holidays or if you're experiencing inclement weather.
When will my order ship?
That depends on what you're ordering!
- Enamel pins and stickers are shipped the same day, if ordered before 3pm CST
- Prints generally ship on Tuesday and Thursday every week
- Apparel may experience a 7-14 day delay before they are shipped, depending on inventory
All packages are sent via USPS First Class unless explicitly requested otherwise.
All items are sent in weatherproof bubble mailers, with the exception of prints.
- Enamel pins are set on a backing card and put into a cellophane bag for additional protection
- Clothing and apparel are package in a clear bag
- Prints are set on a piece of cardboard and slipped into a cellophane bag before being put in a rigid mailer
We pride ourselves on using sustainable material! All of our packaging materials are recyclable. The cellophane bag is recyclable AND compostable, so please dispose of them responsibly. Thank you for loving the planet as much as us!
Can I track my order?
That depends! We offer free shipping on all items! However, on domestic orders under $30, we ship using USPS standard mail. This is NOT a tracked service, so please bear that in mind when ordering. However, it is extremely reliable and has a 99% success rate (how else would you get all your bills?). The exception is when prints and/or apparel are purchased; they will always have a tracking number.
That being said, we do offer shipping with a tracking number as an option for an additional fee.
- All domestic orders above $30 are upgraded to have tracking information for free.
- All international orders above $60 are upgraded for free.
Tracking numbers on international orders may stop updating once they exit the country. This is out of our control. Please be patient and it will update again once it exchanges hands at the borders.
The tracking is marked as "delivered", but it's not there?
Our packages are small bubble mailers that easily fit in your mailbox, so if you open it on the day it says "delivered" and it's not there, please check with your family, roommates, neighbors, etc. to see if they grabbed it by mistake.
The next step is to contact your local post office! Sometimes carriers may scan your packages but do not hand it off. Once you contact the post office, you can check their records to help you find it.
The only thing we can do is to escalate the situation and request that your post branch launch a missing parcel investigation; among other things, that will involve a mail inspector contacting you about possible mail theft. Once we have done this, USPS may mark any further packages delivered to your address as not being deliverable unless a signature is obtained.
My order is damaged / doesn't look like the grade I paid for!
Please get in contact with us directly and we will remedy the situation.
We can make accommodations if your order is returned within 14 days of being received. We will mail you a shipping label; this amount will be deducted from your refund. Otherwise, all purchases are final.
